Visits to the WCC
Every year, the WCC welcomes over three thousand visitors to the Geneva Ecumenical Centre.
Visits by leaders of member churches and other significant ecumenical partners, groups from congregations and theological schools - including clergy, theologians and lay persons - offer them a unique opportunity to learn about the diverse range of issues being addressed by the WCC.
Likewise, it is within walking distance of numerous United Nations agencies including the International Labour Organization, the International Federation of the Red Cross/Red Crescent Societies, World Health Organization, and others.
Why not visit the Ecumenical Centre in Geneva?
Whether for a day, a week or several, we will be happy to help plan your visit.
We welcome visits of church leaders and church delegations from around the world, as well as from individuals, confirmation classes, youth groups, groups of pastors, congregations, student seminars, and ecumenical organizations.
All are most welcome, and we look forward to sharing more information about our work, and learning more about yours!
Because each visit is different, we encourage you to contact us early so that we can help to plan a programme that meets your needs.
When are you coming? To begin planning your visit, contact us by email, or call the visitor service coordinator (+41 22 791 6010). For other inquiries, including meeting room rentals or office rentals, please e-mail the reception or call (+41 22 791 6111).
NOTE: Since WCC offices are closed over weekends, there is no possibility of arranging visits on either Saturday or Sunday.
