Durante 2024, el departamento de comunicación del Consejo Mundial de Iglesias (CMI) realizó una labor sin precedentes de promoción de la unidad por todo el mundo relatando historias a través de múltiples canales. Con hitos como el mayor encuentro mundial de oración, los 2,3 millones de interacciones en medios sociales y una gran cantidad de visitantes jóvenes tanto presenciales como virtuales, el departamento del CMI llegó a más personas que nunca empleando el mayor número de canales hasta la fecha.

Die Kommunikationsarbeit des Ökumenischen Rates der Kirchen (ÖRK) zeichnet sich weltweit durch die Förderung eines Gefühls der Einheit auf verschiedenen Kanälen aus. Von der größten Gebetsversammlung weltweit, über 2,3 Mio. Interaktionen in den Social-Media bis hin zu den vielzähligen jungen Besucherinnen und Besuchern – online und persönlich –, die Kommunikationsarbeit des ÖRK erreichte mehr Menschen auf mehr Wegen als bisher.

En 2024, la communication du Conseil œcuménique des Églises (COE), portée par des récits sur de nombreux canaux, a promu l’unité dans le monde entier de manière inédite. Du plus grand rassemblement de prière au monde au nombre sans précédent de jeunes visiteuses et visiteurs tant en ligne qu’en personne, en passant par les 2,3 millions d’interactions sur les réseaux sociaux, les Communications du COE ont touché davantage de personnes, d’une manière plus diversifiée que jamais.

Communication from the World Council of Churches (WCC) in 2024, through storytelling via many channels, fostered unity in unprecedented ways across the world. From the largest global prayer gathering, to 2.3 million engagements on social media, to large numbers of young visitors both in-person and online, WCC communications connected with more people, in more ways than ever.

Mal das Erste Ökumenische Konzil in Nizäa, das im Jahre 325 stattfand und die moderne ökumenische Bewegung dazu inspirierte, sich mit grundlegenden Fragen des Glaubens und der Kirchenverfassung im Hinblick auf die Einheit der Kirche und der gesamten Menschheit zu befassen. 2025 feiern wir ebenfalls das 100. Jubiläum der Weltkonferenz für praktisches Christentum, die 1925 in Stockholm stattgefunden hat.
