In 2026 Bossey Ecumenical Institute celebrates its 80th anniversary. For 80 years Bossey Ecumenical Institute has been a way of life in the ecumenical fellowship contributing towards reconciliation, visible unity, common witness, and diakonia. To celebrate the impact of Bossey formation two webinars will explore the past, present and future perspectives of the institute`s contribution to global ecumenism.
This second webinar will bring together theologians from Eastern Orthodox, Oriental, Protestant and Roman-Catholic traditions to focus on Bossey as a laboratory of Ecumenism. In the light of the ecumenical legacies of key-figures such as Suzanne de Dietrich, Nikos Nissiotis and John Mbiti visions for the future of theological formation at Bossey are discussed.
