This groundbreaking ecumenical consultation, cohosted by the World Council of Churches (WCC) and ecumenical partners, brings together theologians, church leaders, and advocates to develop faith-rooted strategies for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The goal is ensuring these technologies serve the common good rather than concentrating power among the wealthy.

The organizing partners include the World Communion of Reformed Churches, Lutheran World Federation, World Methodist Council, Council for World Mission, and United Society Partners in the Gospel. Together, they will produce a theological communique on "4IR and the Economy of Life" and a faith-rooted advocacy plan for technology serving the common good.
